🎧 Being Henry – Like Sitting with an Old Friend

Some memoirs feel like the author is just reading a script, going through the motions. But Being Henry? This felt like sitting across from Henry Winkler himself, listening to him tell his story in the way only he can.

What Made It Stand Out

✔ He doesn’t just read—he tells his story. Every pause, every laugh, every sigh makes it feel like a real moment, not just words on a page.
✔ It’s honest without being heavy. Winkler doesn’t shy away from struggles, but he never loses his humor or heart.
✔ It’s funny in the best way. Even when he’s reflecting on something serious, his comedic timing is spot-on.

What Took Some Adjusting

🔹 The way it jumped around in time. It wasn’t exactly hard to follow, but there were moments where it felt a little scattered. Not enough to take me out of the experience—just something I noticed.

Final Thoughts

This wasn’t just a book—it was an experience. Some stories are better when they’re told out loud, and Being Henry is definitely one of them. If you’re a fan of memoirs, audiobooks, or just good storytelling, this one is absolutely worth your time.
